The house is located in the heart of the ALPUJARRA between the villages of PITRES AND PÓRTUGOS, with wonderful panoramic views, very sunny and quiet.
It is only an hour far from Granada (the capital) and 50 minutes far from Motril and its beaches.
The farmhouse has a living-room of 55 m2, with fireplace, two sofas, TV, radio... Totally equipped kitchen, microwaves, fridge, washer, etc... Three bedrooms (one of them with bathroom), all exterior and all the windows equipped with mosquito netting. 2 bathrooms. Heating in all the house. Outside there is a TINAO (Andalusian porch) of 50 m2, fruit-bearing trees, barbecue, garden, private parking and swimming-pool (6 x 4 m).
