In a warm and simple lines, inside the building rehabilitated have been distributed TWO HOUSES which have the following facilities:

Here`s a description of the main features of each of our farmhouses.
LA CASA DEL RÍO, Casa Rural superior Category No CR-HU-192.
At the corner of the Plaza de España, the time looking through the clock tower, stands this two-story house with a capacity for FOUR PEOPLE.
The ground floor offers room with fireplace, two sofa, television and kitchen. On the upper floor are two rooms (one with 150x200 bed and the other with two beds 105x200) and bathroom with separate shower 120x70 dish. The rooms have two built-in wardrobes.
LA CASA DE LA JARA, Casa Rural, superior category No CR-HU-193.
With entrance from the quiet street close through a front porch and giving the broad corral the Casa de la Jara is designed for people with disabilities. There are two rooms and a total of FOUR SEATS.
It is distributed in a facility with a spacious living room with fireplace with sofa and two big chairs, dining room and kitchen all together, a complete bathroom and bedroom with tailored bed 150x200 complete the offer on the ground floor.
Through a seductive staircase leads to a garret here called doblao, where we find the other room, with two beds 90x200 cm.
From the porch is accessible to the large terrace and garden solarium, with magnificent views of the channel Múrtiga River.
THE ENVIRONMENT
The Villa de La Nava account with 350 inhabitants and is located in the heart of the Sierra de Huelva, in the Parque Natural Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, northwest of the province of Huelva.
Its core population is embraced by the channel Múrtiga River, dominating the valley that gives rise to its name and surrounded by orchards and irrigation hills of oaks and olive trees.

Full payment will be made upon delivery of keys, after making the reservation a percentage as down payment will be made depending on length of stay:
40% for stays of less than a month
25% for stays of a month
15% for stays of over a month
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling your reservation will result in a charge that will depend on date of cancellation:
5% of deposit if cancellation is made 30 days before date of arrival.
50% of deposit if cancellation is made 7 to 30 days before date of arrival.
NO refunds will be given if cancellation is made within 7 days before date of arrival.
A term of 48 hours is given to occupy the lodgings after which if lodgings are not occupied the reservation will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. However if during this term the clients confirm their intentions of staying the reservation will be held.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Firewood : 10 € /day
Pets : we love animals and so Leny, our cocker, is part of our family. Being conscious that they also have the right to travel, we decided to open our doors to pets but with the minimum conditions that guarantee that their stay will respect the rest of visitors to the houses as well as the furnishings and surroundings. This will keep our trust in these beloved beings and reaffirm our condition of “responsible owners”. Keeping all this in mind, cats & dogs are welcome, which will result in an additional charge per animal of 6 € /day.
Laundry Service: for stays of over a week and under request a laundry service can be hired. Charges will be those in force.
OPERATING RULES
Deposit : we reserve the right to require a 25% deposit over the agreed price to cover loses or damages to installations, furnitures, etc attributed to clients as well as other obligations established in the contract. At the end of contract the deposit will be discounted after deducting whatever is necessary.
Maintenance of lodgings: clients must let in the authorized maintenance personnel, is an obligation of this company to make the necessary reparations to maintain the buildings.
Check-in & Check out: normal check-in will be at 17:00 hrs. and check-out at 12:00 hrs. Under request this schedule can be modified.
It's not allowed (Articles 23 & 24 of Tourist Law of Andalusia):
Bring in furniture or carry out any kind of maintenance or works without written permission.
Accommodate more persons than the maximum capacity established.
Re-hire or make use of lodgings for other purposed not agreed.
The use of flammable or explosive materials that can cause damages or disturbance to other guests.
Any other activity that attempts against normal coexistence or disturbs the right to rest or breach the peace.
Bring in animals if not authorized or prohibited.
The use of appliances that noticeably increase the consumptions foreseen, without written authorization.
Any client not complying with this rules will cause a cancellation of contract and only half of total will be reimbursed, the other half will be held as compensation.
Complaints Book: There is a complaints book at the disposal of clients.
