Our house is situated on a piece of land of 1700 m²; with almonds trees and typical vegetation, with sea and mountain views.

The house has two Storeys of 80 m²; each.

Downstairs: lounge/dining room of 28m²; with wood-burning stove, fully equipped American-style kitchen, complete with covered terrace & exit to garden.

An interior staircase leads upstairs to the 1^st floor.

Upstairs: There are two spacious bedrooms each with twin beds plus a cot suitable for children up to 3 years old. An extra bed may be provided if desired. One bedroom has a terrace, both bedrooms have sea & mountain views. The bath-room has a shower, w.c. & wash-basin. Towels & bedlinen are provided. Solar panels supply hot water.
