Holiday cottage located in a 1,700 m2 estate with almond trees and typical vegetation with sea and mountain views. The village is close to Motril and Castell de Ferro. The house is distributed in two floors of 80 m2. Ground floor: dining-room/living-room of 28 m2 with fireplace, thoroughly equipped American kitchen (washing machine and fridge), separated by a counter, wide covered terrace with views and exit to the garden. An interior staircase drives to the high floor: two spacious bedrooms with 2 beds each one more a cradle for a baby until 3 years. A supplementary bed is optional. One bedroom with terrace.
