DESCRIPTION
Old Asturian house from the seventeenth century, one of the oldest in Espinaréu. It was restored in stone and wood respecting their original structure including the coat of arms of the founding family.
Ideal place for rest, very close to visit any places of interest in central and eastern Asturias (beaches, Lagos de Covadonga, Picos de Europa...). You will enjoy crystal clear waters of our river during the day and its murmur at night. Visit our house, you will not regret. Languages spoken: Spanish and English.

The comfort of Casa Milia is palpable from the moment you open the door of traditional wood. It has a spacious bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom.
ENVIRONMENT
Espinaredo is known for having the largest set of typical granaries of Asturias.
3 km far Is the Recreational Area "Miera Arboretum - The Pesanca" a beautiful corner surrounded by native trees and the river of Infierno. From there you can take mountain routes. Another area is the Monte Cayón, with views to valley of river Piloña.
