DESCRIPTION
It is situated in the Cabranes Council (Cider Shire), in the Centre-East of Asturias, about 15 min. from Villaviciosa, Infiesto or Nava and about 35 min. from Oviedo, Gijón, Arriondas or Cangas de Onís. Rodiles and El Puntal beaches: 20 min. It has been restored in stone and wood recently (2010), respecting the architecture of the area and it is classified with 2 “trisqueles”.
It has 3 floors:
On the ground floor we have the spacious kitchen-living room. The living room has a fireplace, heating, TV, a little library, board games and sofa bed. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, iron and kitchenware.
On the first floor we have two rooms with beautiful views: the double room has a bathroom and a wooden gallery, and the twin room has a typical Asturian balcony. Next to this room there is another bathroom, with a hairdryer.
And on the top floor there is an attic with a double room.
Outside: private parking and garden.
Environmentally friendly, we use thermal solar power.
We have too another lodging of 3 places: Esperteyu Roxu.
