DESCRIPTION
Ontaneda-Alceda form a village that is famous since Roman times for its thermal springs of medicinal mineral waters.
There are all kinds of services: medical center, bus station, spa, hotels, supermarkets, cafes etc ...
The house, set in an estate of 16,000 m2, an amazing balcony over the valley of Pas, was completely restored and fitted out in March 2008. On the ground floor there is a large living room with 2 sofa beds, a bedroom with 2 beds, a toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The staircase gives access to two bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Outside, ample parking and BBQ.
Total household equipment and clothing, heating and plumbing, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, wood stove, TV video, stereo etc..
ACTIVITIES: 30 min. from several beaches and interesting places such as Santillana, Comillas, Nature Park Cabárceno etc. Other: hunting, fishing in the river Pas, hiking, cycling (35 km of cycling lane), thermal pools... Don’t forget to try the delicious Cantabrian cuisine.
