The house is located in a plot of 3,000 m2, 6 km far from The La Cavada, 28 km far from Santander and 20 km far from the beaches of Pedreña, Somo and Loredo, and 20 km far from the Natural Park of Cabárceno. Comforts: electrical kitchen equipped with oven, microwaves, fridge and washer, full equipped kitchen, TV, heating and barbecue. From the 15th of June to the 15th of September the house is rented by weeks, fortnights or months. Weekend, long weekends and other holidays, consult with the owner.
