DESCRIPTION

La Fortaleza is a stone house of two floors and a garage located on the outskirts of Navaluenga. Next to the Nature Reserve of the Valley of Iruelas between the Sierra de Gredos and Sierra de Avila.
On the banks of the river Alberche and adjacent to El Burguillo provides a framework incomparable to both rest and enjoy nature and multisport.
La Fortaleza has 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and thermostat to regulate temperature (heating underfloor).
La Fortaleza also has:
* Four bedrooms with two beds of 80 cm by 190 cm
* Two bedrooms with double 150 cm by 190 cm
* A 7th multiple room for 4 people and two rooms, the upper chamber for six people and the main plant for twelve.
* The kitchen is equipped with two high-capacity refrigerators and two ovens 60 cm, also have two microwaves and kitchen equipment
Enjoy in the living a well-deserved rest at the fireside ... or the terrace overlooking the Sierra de Gredos.< br>For your peace of mind, the house has been equipped with garage for 4 cars, but you can forget the car for a few days, everything is at hand in this small town.

ENVIRONMENT
Navaluenga is situated in the Vega of the river Alberche in the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos on its north side.
Alberche River crosses from west to east as it passes through the village forms the natural pools that start above the Romanesque bridge and extend below the new bridge.
By the south, stands the Sierra del Valle, prolongation of Gredos and origin of many brooks with very clean waters and incredible places where alternate meadows and orchards, wild vegetation of oak, ash, walnut and chestnut.
