DESCRIPTION
Luxury Chalet just 3 km from Salamanca. It has three floors and a terrace. In the basement has a very nice reading room with a sofa-bed. On the first floor is the dining room with colonial style furniture and a fireplace. On the same floor is the kitchen, modern and fully equipped, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Through the bright stairs are accessed the second floor, where there are four other rooms decorated with different designs and two bathrooms with shower and bath respectively. Continuing up the stairs leads to the upper terrace and there you can enjoy excellent views over the River Tormes in a solarium of over 40 m2.
The house has two gardens. The former has more than 80 m2 and has lawn irrigation system. The later is between home and community pool. It is a great fig tree and is very nice corner. Opposite the main gate of the house there is another terrace where you can dine outdoors under the shelter of the gazebo on sunny days.
Cabrerizos is a very well equipped residential village with restaurants, supermarkets , shops, post office and a regular line of busses which connect it to Salamanca. It is ideal for rural tourism combined with visits to the city of Salamanca. Less than an hour`s drive you can enjoy
places as beautiful as La Alberca, Candelario and Ciudad Rodrigo.
