Ca l’Estamenya is a house well-adapted to the requirements of country tourism, making it perfect for an unforgettable stay.
The house itself is located in the town of Perafita, the heart of the Lluçanès region. Ca l’Estamenya has two fully-fitted rural residencies available: El Pedraforca with accommodation for 6-7 guests, and La Plana de Vic, with accommodation for 4 guests in an excellent location.
The history of Ca l’Estamenya goes back to the 18th century when the house was known as a traditional cloth manufacturing centre. The word estamenya comes from estam, or combed wool. The excellent location of the house meant that it became the head offices of Perafita’s own public transport company which ran services from Prats de Lluçanès to St. Quirze de Besora and Vic, for more than 50 years.
LOCATION
Ca l’Estamenya is located in the very centre of the town of Perafita, in the heart of the Lluçanès region, in the western part of Osona, between El Moianès and El Prepirineu.
EL PEDRAFORCA
A charming, welcoming holiday apartment, ideal for couples or families. With wooden ceilings and a wide terrace with views over the mountains of Pedraforca (from where it takes its name), El Cadí, and El Montseny..Capacity for 7 guests.
The apartment has two double rooms and one with three single beds, a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace, central heating, two fully-fitted bathrooms, a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and TV, with a wide terrace and open courtyard. A cradle is also available.
LA PLANA DE VIC
A charming holiday apartment suitable for two couples or a family. The apartment has a calm, harmonious atmosphere, like the area of its namesake, La Plana de Vic. The apartment has a capacity for 4 guests and has two double rooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a living room with fireplace, central heating, and two fully-fitted bathrooms, a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, fridge and TV. A cradle is also available.

Perafita is one of the most popular towns in the Lluçanès region for visitors. It is located in the very centre of the Lluçanès region, and surrounded by woods and fields.
ACTIVITIES>In the area surrounding Ca l’Estamenya, there are all sorts of activities for enjoying nature in a unique landscape. Small churches are scattered around the area, where the landscape blends with the heritage of feudal lords, peasants and the clergy of the 11th century.This heritage includes Pre- Romanesque, Romanesque, Lombard-Romanesque buildings with bell gable towers, as well as monasteries, Romanesque-Gothic paintings and bridges used for cattle pasturing.
