DESCRIPTION
EL RACÓ DE MADREMANYA is located in a nice stone farmhouse of the 18th century. The house has been totally restored maintaining the charme of the typical constructions of the region but incorporating the comfort and the necessary details to create a cozy and relaxed environment.
In the ground floor we find the kitchen, the dining/living-room with three different spaces, a great fireplace and the stone arched ceiling.
Acceding to the first floor of the house we find a great central living-room ideal for reading while listening some music. From this room we go to 5 of the rooms. The rooms are remarkable by its extension, presenting each one a different personality; some with terrace, other with fireplace and all with nice views. From this living-room also it can be acceded to a wide terrace to enjoy the blue sky of the Empordà and the calmness environment.
Acceding to the second floor we will find two wide and luminous rooms, forming a small studio on the top of the house. One of the rooms offers the access to a terrace to enjoy the sunny days.
The wide garden of the house has a nice swimming-pool, a great terrace where sunbathe, to enjoy a fruit-juice, to read a book, or, simply, be tumbled on the soft lawn and be relaxed enjoying the silence of the environment.
