DESCRIPTION
Mas Ramades is located half-way between Torroella de Montrgí and the Estartit, within the Empordà’s incomparable atmosphere. A beautiful country house built before the 18th century.
Recently restored, having kept all of its charm and the whole spirit of the house and having respected the original structure; having combined the comforts of modern life with the charm of the past.
The estate is excellently located. You can enjoy the scenery of the plain, as well as the sea, the mouth of the Ter river, the medieval village of Pals, the Cap of Begur… Directly behind the country house there are several places of interest, beautiful landscapes and nature reserves: el bosque de las Dunas (the forest of the Dunes), the Montplà, and the nature parks of Montgrí and Rocamaure.
30 minutes away from Figueres or Girona and 3 km from the sea. Outside there is a big private parking, a children’s playground, chill-out areas for the for those who are looking for peace and quiet and a barbecue.
On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the living room with fireplace and a large selection of books and magazines, the TV room with DVD, the table games room both for adults and children, the big dining room and the kitchen with its own fireplace and barbecue.
The 7 bedrooms, each of them with its own charm, are on the first floor. All of them have bathroom, heating and free Internet for a more comfortable stay for anyone who comes and wants to have a rest, travel and/or enjoy the house.
