The house is located in the village of Vilagrassa, 5 km far from Tárrega. It is very well communicated with Barcelona, Lérida, Tarragona and the Pyreneess. It has capacity for 14 people and 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and dining-room, terrace, garden, all very wide; a very quiet environment.
Different activities: cycling, horse riding, local fiestas, Císter Route, visit to the Castles of Segarra, the Fair of the Theatre in the Streets of Tàrrega; or the nice medieval villages of the region, as Guimerà, Ciutadilla, Nàlec, Rocafort or Verdú (famous by its ceramics).
The rooms: two triple with single beds, two triple with double bed and a single, and one twin bedded with fireplace, bathroom and TV. Three bathrooms with shower or tub. Wide equipped kitchen and dining-room with fireplace. ADSL internet connection, TV, home cinema, music in all the rooms, a garden with barbecue and a wide terrace. Tennis table, bicycles and table games.
Cal Valls is a traditional house restored keeping traditional style and materials. Moreover, it has double isolation in walls, ceilings and windows; white goods class A, cistern for the rain water and hot water through sun energy.
