Typical house more than 75 years old, located in the center of the village. Impressive views from the terrace to the Guadalest valley, to the mountains , and to the Mediterranean sea (Costa Blanca).
It has 4 twin bedded rooms and 1 single room. All with toilet (shower plate and jacuzzi column), air conditioning, TV, internet connection and all with views. The house has also living-room with fireplace and bar self-service, living-room (with TV, DVD, music and games), library (with computer and internet), and a dining-room.

Activities: Trekking, bike mountain, excursions to the Guadalest valley (sources, castle ruins, etc.). Also there are activities according to season (mushrooms picking up, wine elaboration, the almond and olive picking up, etc.).
A few km from Fuentes del Río Algar and 20 km far from Benidorm, where you can visit its beaches and its thematic parks (Terra Mítica, Terra Nature, Aqualandia and Mundomar), golf courses, etc.
