DESCRIPTION
Balcones de Oleana is an old rural villa, located in San Antonio de Requena, in Valencia region.
This beautiful building was once a traditional home to farmers, their families and staff. We have lovingly restored the house to its former glory adding some enhancements to ensure a pleasurable and comfortable stay, whilst maintaining the charming elements of its original construction, such as solid wooden beams, wrought iron work and the numerous balconies and French windows, which make it a bright and cosy stately home. In bygone days it was possible to see the banks of the river Magro, formerly known as “Oleana”, from which the name of the house is derived.
The villa comfortably sleeps ten guests; amenities include:
Five large and spacious double bedrooms, (with the option of adding extra single beds)
Two bathrooms
Two cloakrooms (WCs)
