DESCRIPTION
Recently restored house preserving the popular architecture of Sierra de Gata. The principal facade has been restored by Artistic Historical Patrimony of the Junta of Extremadura. Located in the ancient centre of the locality of Robledillo of Gata, declared Historical Set of Cultural Interest and famous by its wines since the times of the emperor Carlos V.
The house is divided in four floors. In the ground floor the superb wine-cellar has been restored in a cozy inn, that conserves the stone and bulk walls. In the first floor is found the dining/living-room with fireplace and television, a toilet and the kitchen, full equipped, for clients exclusive use. In the rest of the floors are found the wide bedrooms with windows and wood girders, named according to the use that were destined in other times, with wood beds and/or forge, twin bedded or double, detached bathroom in each room and central heating.
Regional gastronomy, elaborated with orchard products in the house, it is one of the attractivenesses of this rural accomodation.

Great variety of activities in full nature, like the nearby natural pools, fishing, the fowl observation and trekking or mountain-bike. Very attractive place because of the important natural patrimony from the arrea, that includes fauna in danger like the black vulture or the lynx,... the abundant mushrooms in autumn, etc.
The owner offers information about all the region: routes, natural pools, gastronomic and cultural interesting points, as well as the possibility of tasting the famous wines of Sierra de Gata, and to participate in labors of vintage and other agricultural activities depending on the season of the year.
