A total of three houses, each one with named after one of three varieties of olive from Extremadura, which are: PICUAL, HOJIBLANCA and CACEREÑA. The village es close to the city of Plasencia.
The principal technical characteristics of the houses are:
Capacity for 5 or 6 beds per house.
Individual garden.
Full heating on the two floors.
Patio of 18 m2.
Terrace oriented to have a view of the splendid sun set with the Gabriel y Galán swamp in the background.
Exterior front porch with views of the mountain "Traslasierra" and the peak of "El Camocho".
Windows with a view of the sierra.
Total dimensions of: 49x2 m2 on each floor of the house.
Full kitchen composed of: washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave and electric stove.
Drawing-room with fuelwood fireplace, television,3+2 sofas.
Ground floor equipped with bathroom and bedroom with two beds. 2nd floor with two bedrooms, bed of 1` 50 and bed of 1` 05, both rooms with included single bathroom, one specially designed for the disabled.
Pets are not permitted within the house.
ENVIRONMENT
Located on the side of the mountain Traslasierra (750m of altitude) in the north of Extremadura. A peaceful and quiet place, surrounded by leafy autochthonous trees: alders, chestnuts, oaks, among others. Near a wide revine and Roman archaeologic remains, next to the Vía de la Plata.
ACTIVITIES AND PLACES OF INTEREST
The area is ideal for sports and nature activities (trekking, bicycle, gliding...). Furthermore, in a radius of a few km we find other places of interest, like Hervás and its old jewish neighborhood, the Natural Park of Monfragüe, the valley of the river Jerte, Plasencia, and the Roman arch of Cáparra. And, on the other side of the Sierra, Candelario, Béjar, and the ski grounds of La Covatilla.
