DESCRIPTION
Three self catering country houses. This rural complex is located in a privileged place, occupying one of the most strategic locations in the eastern part of Asturias: 25 km from Covadonga, 50 km from Oviedo, 20 from the fishing ports of Lastres and Villaviciosa and 60 from Picos de Europa with its legendary Naranjo de Bulnes peak.
THE COUNTRY HOUSES
EL VALLÓN: this old house is the main component of the whole. It is equipped with four double rooms with bathroom, one of which, called the Italian, is a suite with bathroom and two rooms: one with double bed and one likely to transform the room into a bedroom with two beds.
In the ground floor, which is accessed from the outside, facing a large terrace, the house offers a wide space of 60 m2, suitable for youth groups or families, with a living room, dining room and fully fitted kitchen. All the customers in shared accommodation regimen may use the services of kitchen and lounge of Txoko (imitation Basque) meeting place.
EL VALLÓN I: not shared accommodation. On the first floor, six double bedrooms with two bathrooms, large living room of 50 m2, fully serviced kitchen, living room, a spacious bathroom, TV, etc..., With access to a large terrace on a meadow ideal for games or children.
EL VALLON II: not shared cozy cottage with two floors. In the upper two double bedrooms, one with a camera or matrimonial bed and in the other two single beds, bathroom. In the ground floor, small living room-kitchen with TV, fireplace, central heating; large terrace with panoramic vews over the estate and the river Borines where there is some trout and a recently restored mill.
SHARED AREAS: we have facilities indoor and outdoor for the enjoyment of all our customers like barbecue, seating areas with tables to rest, eat or for recreational activities, meadows for walking, playing soccer, bowls, pails ..., also have a beautiful orchard with a variety of vegetables, mill, premises to organize parties, picnics, etc.. and all this without leaving our facilities.
